Ogden, Utah  ·  Accepting RFQs

Route the part. Not the data.

Your controlled data never enters our systems. Tell us what you need machined — we route it to a hand-vetted Northern Utah shop with the right process, capacity, and certifications, and that shop quotes you directly. No platform fee, no markup, no middleman in your contract.

Two minutes to submit · No drawings needed to start · Response within one business day

Process

Two steps. No runaround.

Your last shop is booked out and finding a new one means cold-calling strangers and hoping they hold tolerance. That's the part we do instead.

STEP 01

Tell us what you need

Part, quantity, material, timeline. Two minutes — no drawings required to start. We route it to the shop whose process, capacity, and certifications actually fit the job, and introduce you directly under NDA.

STEP 02

The shop quotes you

Their price, their contract, their invoice — straight to you. Drawings and technical data pass between you and the shop, never through us. We never take title and never mark up a shop's price.

Small network. On purpose.

We're not a marketplace with ten thousand anonymous suppliers and a quoting algorithm. The network is a short list of Northern Utah shops we've walked ourselves and vetted one at a time. When you send an RFQ, it reaches the founder — not a queue, not a sales rep, not a support ticket.

Capabilities & fit

Teams building physical things.

Hardware companies scaling from prototype to production. Aerospace and defense suppliers with overflow. Medical device and semiconductor equipment teams. Anyone whose engineers are sitting idle waiting on parts.

01

Custom & precision parts

3- and 5-axis milling, turning, and multi-axis work — matched to a shop that holds your tolerances, not one that hopes to.

02

Prototype to production

One-off first articles through repeat production runs. Volume changes which shops fit, so we route accordingly.

03

Materials & finishing

Aluminum, stainless, titanium, tool steel, engineered plastics. Anodize, passivation, plating, and heat treat coordinated through the shop.

04

Overflow & second source

Your primary is booked or you need a qualified backup on file before you actually need it. Both are good reasons to call.

Compliance

We know what we're not allowed to touch.

Working near defense and aerospace programs means handling technical data correctly. Our process was built around that from day one — not bolted on after the first close call.

ITAR / EAR

Controlled data never routes through us

Anchor Batch does not accept, store, or transmit ITAR or EAR-controlled technical data. Drawings and specifications route directly from you to the shop, under your own control. We handle the introduction and the commercial terms — never the controlled files.

NDA

Confidentiality on both sides

Every introduction is NDA-backed with non-circumvention terms. Your part, your program, and your supplier relationships stay yours. Mutual NDA available on request, before you send us anything.

POSITION

Where we sit in the deal

Anchor Batch is a sourcing and business development partner. The shop quotes, contracts, and invoices you directly. We never take title to goods and never mark up a shop's price — our fee comes from the shop side.

What to send

Bring what you have.

The more of this you give us up front, the faster the match. None of it is required to start a conversation.

FieldWhy it matters
What the part isPlain description is fine. A bracket, a housing, a shaft.
QuantityOne-off, prototype batch, or production run — changes which shops fit.
Material & finishAluminum, stainless, titanium, plastics. Anodize, plating, heat treat — or none. Unsure is fine.
TolerancesTight tolerance work narrows the shop list fast. Ballpark is enough.
TimelineWhen you need parts in hand. This is usually the real constraint.
CertificationsISO 9001, AS9100, or program-specific requirements, if any.
DrawingsNot needed to start. When it's time, they go to the shop directly — never to us.
